How do I place an order? 

Go to “Online Print” or “Create your design”. It will give you instructions to place your order.

 

Can I order something not offered on this site? 

If you’d like to place a custom order, email us at sales.nplus@novelty.com.mv or visit us at our outlet. Please bring along the print files when you visit.

Where can I see the status of my order?

Get registered first. Once you login in you will be able to see the status. You can contact us by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. or you can alsways give us a ring.

 

Can I change my order anytime?

You can change the order anytime before payment 


How do I cancel my order? 

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you may cancel your print order within an hour of submission. We will do our level best to cancel the job before the printing process has begun. You can cancel the order by clicking your user name at the top right corner of the page and go to my account. Once you do so, click "My orders". However, you cannot cancel your order after the payment

 

Can I order several products at the same time?

Yes, you can add several products to "My cart" and then place your order.

 

Do I get to see sample material?

If you’d like to review a sample before printing has begun, you may visit our outlet and review our standard sample materials. 

 

When will my print be ready? 

Usually, it will take less than three days. You can check the status of your print by contacting us.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver within Male' only.

 

Do you charge extra for delivery?

No, it’s free of charge.

  

What is the delivery status of my order?

Log into your account. You can view the status from "My orders".


Can I do express ordering?

We always try to accommodate customer’s requests. Please let us know your deadline in the message box below the order. 

 

Can I give social media pictures for print?

Yes. Choose the photos that’s are saved on your camera roll. Eg Instagram, Facebook Album , Prisma, Collage Apps etc..


Can I change the templates/materials or file size?

You can only print products in create own designs, templates and sizes by choosing "Online Print“ option. However, for "Create your own design" option, you cannot change. 

 

Can I return my product?

Since all our products are customized, we only accept returns if the product is defective or a mistake is made by us. In such cases, we will replace the product.

 

How safe is my data when ordered?

We take our customer privacy very seriously. We won’t keep your files after printing. However, you will have you work saved under your account. 

  

Which payment options do you offer?

Currently you can pay through online bank transfer or by cash/cash card at our retail outlet. 

 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do have promotions from time to time. 

 

What are the business hours of customer care?

Weekdays: Morning 0800 hours until 1700 hours

Friday: Closed

Saturday: 0800 hours until 1200 hours
